Priyanka Chopra leads the action-comedy Heads of State alongside Idris Elba and John Cena in what is easily her most enjoyable Hollywood role to date. Directed by Ilya Naishuller, the film delivers slick action, silly humour and some fun chemistry, though its plot and politics wobble along the way.
